Irrigation & sprinkler systems will be checked weekly by The Boys Of Summer to ensure proper functionality. Any damages that are created by our company will be immediately repaired and reported to the association. Additional irrigation maintenance and or repair will be billed by time and materials upon approval by the property manager.
