Mowing

The mowing of all grass areas will be continued weekly from May 1st until October 31st and bi-weekly from November 1st until April 30th. Grass will be cut at a height of 4 inches [or higher] during the peak growing season and never lower than a height of 3 inches during the dormant months. In addition, properties will be mowed in alternating patterns from week to week. Over time, these methods have proven to increase sustainability as well as improve aesthetics at the properties in which we maintain.

Line Trimming

The outlines of all grass areas and adjacent planter lines will be accented by line trimming at the point of each service to prevent overgrowth. This service is performed at all properties to ensure a completely clean appearance.

Edging

All street edge, sidewalks, walkways, flowerbeds, hedge and tree rings will be edged weekly at all properties maintained by Boys Of Summer Inc.

Blowing

Every week, all properties that we manage are blown off completely to hide the fact that we were ever there as well as maintain a clean appearance during dormant months.
